Altitude is led by a partnership that blends technical discipline with local insight. As brothers and co-founders, Shameem and Naseel Kanhirala have built the firm on a foundation of family values and professional integrity. Their dual focus ensures that whether a project is a private bespoke residence or a major government contract, it benefits from direct partner oversight and a decade of proven construction excellence.

Shameem leads the Private Projects division at Altitude, focusing on high-end residential, commercial, and tourism developments. As a Civil Engineer, he brings a deep technical understanding to site management and project execution. He is responsible for translating architectural vision into structural reality, maintaining an obsession with detail and a commitment to the “Altitude Standard” of finish across every private venture.

• Role: Overseeing end-to-end site operations and client relations for the private sector.

Naseel oversees the firm’s public works and government contracts. He brings an international perspective and corporate discipline to Altitude’s operations. With a Master’s in Commerce, an ACCA qualification, and a professional background at Ernst & Young and in Dubai, he specializes in the financial and strategic planning of large-scale civil works. He ensures all public projects meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and regulatory compliance.
